ESTHER BIRUNGI LISTED AS A 2021 MENSTRUAL CHAMPION.

Esther Birungi was listed as one of the 2021 Menstrual Champions by the Ministry of education and Sports during the Menstrual Hygiene Day 2021 celebrations at Hotel Africana. A day that was full of learning experiences, Unpacking the National Theme: “More action and investment in Menstrual Health and Hygiene Now”Menstrual Hygiene Day (MH Day) is a global advocacy platform that brings together the voices and actions of non-profits, government agencies, individuals, the private sector, and the media to promote good menstrual health and hygiene (MHH) for all women and girls.Esther Birungi of Birungi Charities and Imagine Her were recognized by the Ministry of Education and Sports for contributing towards Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management in Uganda.
